Sebagai klub penyumbang pemain Piala Dunia terbanyak Rusia 2018 Manchester City akan memperoleh kompensasi terbesar senilai £3.9 juta.

Agen terdepan dalam data marketing Tonka Communications, merilis Manchester Biru yang paling diuntungkan dari FIFA World Cup Benefits Program, dengan detail £6.400 per hari dari tiap pemain yang berpartisipasi.

Jika sang pemain pindah klub dari 2016, klub sebelumnya akan menerima sepertiga jumlah kompensasi.

City sendiri mengirimkan 16 punggawanya ke Piala Dunia Rusia, terbanyak dari klub manapun. Walaupun kini hanya tersisa Benjamin Mendy yang masih berpeluang mengangkat Trophy terbesar FIFA tersebut.

Dari 386 klub yang pemainnya terdaftar di bermain di Rusia (Daftar 10 klub penerima terbesar di akhir artikel), City mengungguli Real Madrid (kompensasi senilai £3.8 juta) dan Chelsea (£3.5 juta).

Tottenham (£3.4 juta), Barcelona (£3.2 juta), dan Paris Saint Germain (£3.2 juta) berada di ranking selanjutnya.

Manchester United memperoleh £3 juta, sedangkan klub besar Ligue 1 Monaco ada di rangking kedelapan (£2.7 juta).

Atletico Madrid (£2.3 juta) dan Juventus (£2.2 juta) juga melengkapi daftar Top 10 sedangkan Liverpool berada diluar 10 besar dengan £2.1 juta kompensasi.

Sedangkan di peringkat 11 dan 12 ada Arsenal (£1.9 juta) dan Southampton (£825.000)

Manchester City will receive around £3.9million from FIFA, the highest sum of any club contributing players to the ongoing World Cup in Russia.

According to Tonka Communications, an agency that specialises in data marketing, City will benefit from the FIFA World Cup Benefits Program, which sees clubs receive £6,400 per day for each participating player.

If a player has changed his club one or more times since 2016, the previous club(s) will receive a third of the payment.

City have had 16 players in Russia, more than any other club, with the seldom-used Benjamin Mendy of France the only one left with a chance of getting his hands on the famous trophy.

Of the 386 clubs with players at the World Cup, City top the list ahead of Real Madrid (£3.8m) and Chelsea (£3.5m).

Tottenham (£3.4m), Barcelona (£3.2m) and Paris Saint-Germain (£3.2m) are fourth, fifth and sixth respectively. 

Behind them are Manchester United, who are set to be given £3m, while Ligue 1 side Monaco are in eighth place (£2.7m).

Atletico Madrid (£2.3m) and Juventus (£2.2m) complete the top 10, while Liverpool just miss out as they are due to receive £2.1m. 

Arsenal are in 12th place (£1.9m) and Southampton in 13th with £825,000.
